
Ingredients:
- 1 block firm tofu
- 1 & 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate morsels
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 pre-made graham cracker pie crust
Special equipment:
- Blender
Directions:
- Put the chocolate in a bowl ad microwave for 30 seconds
- Take the bowl out and mix the chocolate up
- Repeat this process until chocolate is completely melted
- Put tofu (including the water) in the blender
- Blend until smooth
- Add the vanilla extract and maple syrup
- Blend well
- Add the chocolate
- Blend until smooth
- Add the powdered sugar and raspberries
- Blend until smooth
- Pour the chocolate tofu mixture into a graham cracker pie crust
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours
- Serve chilled
