We tried the new Beyond burger last week! It’s a vegetarian party that is soy free. It’s main ingredient is pea protein isolate. It also has beet juice and coconut oil listed in the ingredients.
We pan fried the burger on medium heat for about 3 minutes on each side. It has a very meaty texture and and even looks like a medium rare hamburger.
Overall, this was a tasty vegetarian burger. We got it at Whole Foods for $5.99 for two patties.
