
Ingredients:
- 2 cups pad see ew noodles (may substitute with any flat and wide noodles)
- 2 tablespoons vegetarian oyster sauce
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons dark soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons white vinegar
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/2 cup onions, chopped
- 1 cup vegetables of your choice, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup firm tofu, chopped into small cubes
Directions:
- Mix vegetarian oyster sauce, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, white vinegar, and sugar in small bowl
- Set aside
- Boil the noodles and drain them
- Stir-fry the onions in a wok
- Add the vegetables
- Add the minced garlic
- Add the tofu
- Add the noodles
- Add the sauce
- Mix well
- Serve hot
