
Ingredients:
- One block firm tofu
- Tempura batter mix
Directions:
- Chop tofu into small cubes or rectangles
- Put tofu in plastic bag and freeze overnight
- Pour 1/2 cup tempura batter mix into a bowl
- Add 3/8 cup cold water and mix well
- Dredge tofu in batter
- Pour vegetable oil into pot and set to medium heat
- Cook tofu on both sides until golden brown
- Serve hot
