
Ingredients:
- 1 package phở áp chảo noodles
- 1 tablespoon mushroom sauce
- 2 cups vegetables of your choice, chopped
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 2 teaspoons dark soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon tapioca starch
- 3 tablespoons water
Directions:
- Break apart the noodles into individuals strands
- Mix in mushroom sauce and set aside
- Stir fry the vegetables and set aside
- Add the vegetable broth to a small pot over medium heat
- Add the garlic and soy sauce
- Mix well and simmer for 5 minutes
- Make a tapioca starch slurry by combining the starch and water together
- Stir in the slurry and mix well
- Take the sauce off the heat
- Stir-fry the noodles over medium-high heat until seared
- Plate the noodles and top with as much vegetables as desired
- Ladle a generous amount of sauce over the noodles and the vegetables
- Serve hot
