
Ingredients:
- Vegan cookies:
- 1 cup flour
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2 tsp vanilla powder
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup apple sauce
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 cup vegan chocolate chips
- Regular cookies
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 stick of butter1 egg
- 1 & 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Special equipment:
- Electric mixer (optional, but recommended for regular cookies)
Directions:
- Vegan cookies
- Mix together all ingredients except chocolate chips
- Add chocolate chips and mix well
- Drop by spoonful onto a a well-0iled baking dish
- Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes
- Allow to cool for at least 10 minutes before serving
- Regular cookies
- Use electric mixer to fold the sugars and butter together
- Beat the egg and add to mixture
- Mix well
- Add vanilla powder, salt, and baking powder
- Mix well
- Slowly mix in the flour
- Mix in the chocolate chips
- Drop by spoonful onto a well-oiled baking dish
- Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes
- Allow to cool for at least 10 minutes before serving
