Episode 157: Mung Bean Milk Tea

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup mung beans
  • 1/4 cup soy milk
  • 1/2 cup green tea
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Special equipment:

  • Small blending device

Directions:

  • Boil the mung beans for 10 minutes then drain
  • Put the mung beans in the blending device
  • Add the soy milk
  • Blend until you get a paste
  • Make the green tea and put 1/2 cup into a glass
  • Add the mung bean mixture
  • Add the soy milk
  • Add the sugar
  • Mix well
  • Add ice and serve
