Episode 156: Bread Maker Pizza Dough

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup lukewarm water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon active-dry yeast

Special equipment:

  • Bread maker
  • Rolling pin
  • Pizza stone

Directions:

  • Add all the ingredients to the bread maker
  • Set the bread maker to “dough” setting
  • Return in an hour
  • Divide the dough in half
  • Stretch out the dough in your hands
  • Roll the dough into a circular shape
  • Add pizza suace and desired toppings
  • Bake at 450 degrees for 10-12 minutes
  • Serve hot
