
Ingredients:
- 2 potatoes, pealed and chopped into large chunks
- 1/4 cup soy mlik
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese (optional)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
Directions:
- Boil the potatoes until softened
- Strain the potatoes
- Mash the potatoes
- Add the soy milk and garlic powder
- Roll into small balls
- Saute garlic in olive oil until golden brown
- Roll the balls in the garlic oil
- Air fry at 350 degrees for 10 minutes
- Serve hot
