
Ingredients:
- 1 red grapefruit, peeled with pith on it
- 1 orange, peeled
- 1 large lemon with rind on, seeds removed
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 5 drops peppermint oil (optional)
Special equipment:
- Blender
Directions:
- Cut the fruit into big chunks
- Add the fruit, onion, cayenne pepper, and peppermint oil to blender
- Add 1 cup water
- Blend until only slightly chunky
- Refrigerate
- Take 1 tablespoon throughout the day until gone
