Episode 145: Mixed Berry Lassi

Recipe adapted from “The Lotus and Artichoke” Indian cookbook

Ingredients:

  • 2 dates, de-seeded and chopped
  • 8 cubes of ice
  • 1 cup soy yogurt
  • 2/3 cup berries of your choice (may substitute mangos)
  • 10 mint leaves
  • 2 cups water

Special Equipment:

  • Blender

Directions:

  • Toss all ingredients into blender
  • Blend until smooth
  • Serve with a couple of mint leaves sprinkled on top
