
Ingredients:
- 20 ripe peaches
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon arrowroot powder
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons vegan butter, melted
Directions:
- Dunk the peaches in boiling water for 10 seconds
- Transfer the peaches to a large bowl filled with ice water
- Peel the peaches
- Chop the peaches and place in a baking dish
- Add the cinnamon and arrowroot powder
- Mix well
- Add the flour to a bowl
- Add the baking powder, salt, sugar, and vegan butter
- Mix well
- Crumble the flour mixture over the peaches
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes
- Allow to cool for 30 minutes before serving
