- Muffin cups and tray
Ingredients:
- 1 package fried shrimp cake powder
- 1/2 cup mung beans, soaked for an hour in water and drained
- 1/2 cup onions, chopped
- 3 small taro, peeled and chopped
- 1 carrot, peeled and cut into thick slices
- 2 cups water
Directions:
- Mix fried shrimp cake powder with water in a large bowl
- Fill half a muffin cup with the batter
- Add a few pieces of taro
- Add some mung bean and onion
- Add more bater to fill the muffin cup
- Top with a carrot slice
- Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes
- (Alternatively, may steam in ramekins dishes instead of baking in muffin cups)
- Carefully remove the cakes from the muffin cups
- Fry until golden brown
- Serve hot with soy sauce
