
Ingredients:
- 1 cup chickpea flour
- 1/2 teaspoon black salt (kala namak)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup water
Directions:
- Mix all the ingredients together
- Heat a pan on the stove with some oil over medium heat
- Add the chickpea mixture
- Stir constantly for 3-5 minutes until desired consistency
- Spoon a generous amount over a toasted English muffin
- Add a slice of cheddar cheese if desired
- Serve hot
