
Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast flakes
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 pinch of salt
- 3 slices Brioche bread
- Powdered sugar
Directions:
- Add some vegan butter or oil to a pan over medium heat
- Add chia seeds, nutritional yeast flakes, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, maple syrup, and salt to almond milk
- Mix well
- Dip both sides of a slice of Brioche bread into milk mixture
- Cook until both sides are golden brown
- Top with powdered sugar
- Serve hot with maple syrup
