
Ingredients:
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 1 zucchini, chopped
- Power greens
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon miso soybean paste
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
Directions:
- Sauté garlic with olive oil in a wok
- Add chopped vegetables of your choice
- Toss in a couple handfuls of power greens
- Add vegetable broth
- Add soy sauce
- Add miso soybean paste
- Add cornstarch
- Mix well
- Add some cooked spaghetti
- Serve hot
