
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons tamarind paste
- 2 tablespoons vegan fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons almond butter
- 3 tablespoon cane sugar
- 1 tablespoon chili paste
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1 egg (optional)
- Green onions
- Cilantro
- Bean Sprouts
- 1 lemon wedge
- Cooked spaghetti
Directions:
- 2 tablespoon tamarind paste
- 2 tablespoons vegan fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons almond butter
- 3 tablespoon cane sugar
- Mix tamarind paste, vegan fish sauce, soy sauce, almond butter, can sugar together
- Add chili paste if desired
- Stir fry garlic with some olive oil
- Add a chopped red bell pepper and a sliced carrot
- Push the vegetables to one side
- Crack an egg and scramble it
- (Leave out the egg if you want the dish to be totally vegetarian)
- Add some cooked spaghetti
- Add the tamarind paste mixture
- Mix well
- Add some green onions
- Add some cilantro
- Add some beans sprouts
- Serve hot with a squeeze of lemon juice
