
Ingredients:
- 3 bell peppers
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 1 & 1/2 cups oat milk
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast flakes
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 lemon
Directions:
- Cut the bell peppers in half
- Peel the garlic
- Roast the bell peppers and garlic at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes
- Put the bell peppers and garlic into a blender
- Add oat milk
- Blend until smooth
- Pour the bell pepper mixture into a pot
- Set on a stove over medium heat
- Add nutritional yeast flakes and Italian seasoning
- Mix well
- Squeeze half a lemon into the sauce
- Serve hot over pasta with your favorite style of vegetarian meatballs
