
Ingreidents:
- 1 cup flour
- 150 grams Greek yogurt
- 1 cup veggie patties, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 shredded cheese (regular or vegan)
Directions:
- Add the flour and yogurt to a bowl
- Knead until you get a soft dough
- Let the dough rest for 15 minutes
- Divide the dough in half
- Roll into a thin circle
- Add some crumbled vegetable patties and shredded cheese
- Fold the dough from the sides inward
- Fry on a skillet over medium heat until browned on both sides
- Serve hot
