Episode 158: Vegan Hot Pockets

Ingreidents:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 150 grams Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup veggie patties, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 shredded cheese (regular or vegan)

Directions:

  • Add the flour and yogurt to a bowl
  • Knead until you get a soft dough
  • Let the dough rest for 15 minutes
  • Divide the dough in half
  • Roll into a thin circle
  • Add some crumbled vegetable patties and shredded cheese
  • Fold the dough from the sides inward
  • Fry on a skillet over medium heat until browned on both sides
  • Serve hot
