
Ingredients:
- 1 large Japanese radish
- 1 package turnip cake mix
- 6 cups water
- 3 green onions, chopped
Directions:
- Peel and shred the radish
- Put 8 cups of shredded radish in walk over medium heat
- Add 3 cups of water
- Boi for 10 minutes then remove from heat
- Mix turnip cake mix with 3 cups of water in a large bowl
- Add the turnip cake mixture to the wok
- Add the green onions
- Mixed well
- Pour into glass dish
- Steam for 10-15 minutes
- Cut into small rectangles
- Fry on both sides until golden brown
- Serve hot with soy sauce
