Ingredients:
- 3 cups glutinous rice flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup mung beans
- 1/2 cup soy milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
Directions:
- Soak mung beans in water for an hour then drain
- Mix glutinous flour, baking, powder, and water in a bowl
- Knead until you get a soft dough
- Let the dough rest for 2 hours
- Cook mung beans in a pot over medium heat
- Add soy milk and sugar
- Mix well
- Cook for 5 minutes
- Puree the mung bean mixture in a blender

- Roll the dough into small balls and flatten into circles about the size of the palm of your hand
- Envelop a mung bean with the dough circle
