- Instant Pot
Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon yeast
- ¼ cup lukewarm water
- 2 cups of flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup water
Directions:
- Add yeast to ¼ cup lukewarm water
- Stir well and allow to sit for 5 minutes
- Add flour, salt, and yeast mixture to a mixing bowl
- Slowly add 1 cup water and mix well
- When you get a soft dough, put in another bowl and cover with plastic wrap
- Place the bowl in the instant pot
- Set the instant pot on “yogurt” setting for 1 and ½ hours
- Put the bowl in a refrigerator overnight
- Remove the plastic wrap
- Put a trivet in the instant pot and 1 cup of water
- Place the bowl in the instant pot
- Score the bread
- Loosely cover the bowl with some foil
- Set the instant pot on “pressure cook high” for 45 minutes
- Broil the bread for about 15-20 minutes
- Serve hot
