
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup lukewarm water
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- ½ cup pureed sweet potatoes
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 cups flour
Directions:
- Add water to a mixing bowl
- Add active dry yeast
- Add sugar
- Mix well and wait 5 minutes
- Add pureed sweet potatoes
- Add egg
- Add sugar
- Add salt
- Add flour
- Knead for 5 minutes
- Make the dough into a ball and allow it to rest for an hour
- Punch the dough down
- Tear the dough into 8 balls and allow to rest on a silicone baking dish for an hour
- Bake 350 degrees for 15 minutes
