
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Pecorino cheese
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese
- ½ package spaghetti noodles
- When the spaghetti is almost done
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Black pepper, crushed
Directions:
- Grate 1 cup Pecorino cheese
- Grate ½ cup Parmesan cheese
- Boil spaghetti noodles
- When the spaghetti is almost done, take out 1 cup pasta water and set aside
- Drain the spaghetti
- Melt butter into a pot over low heat
- Add a little olive oil
- Add a “generous amount of crushed black pepper”
- Add ¼ of the pasta water
- Add ½ of the Pecorino and Parmesan cheeses
- Slowly stir to melt the cheese
- Add some more pasta water
- Add the rest of the cheese
- Continue stirring until cheese completely melted
- Mix the sauce into the spaghetti and serve hot
