
Ingredients:
- ½ cup coconut milk
 - 1 garlic clove, minced
 - 1/2 cup tofu, chopped
 - 1/2 cup peppers, chopped
 - 1/8 cup onion, chopped
 - 1/2 cup of broccoli, chopped
 - 2-3 cups of spaghetti, cooked
 - 1 heaping tablespoonful of Masamun curry
 
Directions:
- Heat a frying pan on a stove to medium-high heat with some olive oil
 - Add the onions
 - Add the broccoli
 - Add the bell peppers
 - Stir fry the veggies until they start to get a little tender
 - Add the garlic
 - Add the tofu
 - When the tofu is seared enough, add the curry paste
 - Add the coconut milk and stir well
 - You can add a little more coconut milk if you like if you want a little more sauce
 - Add some spaghetti and stir fry until spaghetti is completely coated in sauce
 - Pour the spaghetti onto a plate and serve
