Episode 97: Scrambled Tofu

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 block firm tofu
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon nutritional yeast flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon parsley flakes

Directions:

  • Add the tofu to a well-oiled skillet over medium heat
  • Mash the tofu up
  • Stir well and cook tofu for 1 minute
  • Add the turmeric, nutritional yeast flakes, garlic, and salt
  • Mix well
  • Add the parsley and turn off heat
  • Serve hot
