Episode 92: Tofu Pad See Ew

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups pad see ew noodles (may substitute with any flat and wide noodles)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetarian oyster sauce
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons dark soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons white vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/2 cup onions, chopped
  • 1 cup vegetables of your choice, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup firm tofu, chopped into small cubes

Directions:

  • Mix vegetarian oyster sauce, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, white vinegar, and sugar in small bowl
  • Set aside
  • Boil the noodles and drain them
  • Stir-fry the onions in a wok
  • Add the vegetables
  • Add the minced garlic
  • Add the tofu
  • Add the noodles
  • Add the sauce
  • Mix well
  • Serve hot
