
Ingredients:
- 1 & 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Special equipment:
- Stand mixer (optional)
- Tortilla press (optional)
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients together
- Knead until you get a soft dough
- Let the dough rest for 15 minutes
- Roll into two-inch balls
- Flatten slightly
- Cook in the tortilla press for 30 seconds
- Alternatively, roll the balls into thin circles and cook in a skillet over medium heat on both sides
- Serve hot with the toppings of your choice
