
Ingredients:
- 2 cups masa harina
- 1/2 teaspoon sea-salt
- 1 & 1/2 cups hot water
Special equipement:
- Stand mixer (optional)
- Tortilla press (optional)
Directions:
- Mix the masa harina, sea salt and water together
- Knead until you get a soft dough
- Allow the dough to rest for 10 minutes
- Roll into small balls
- Cook in a tortilla press
- Alternatively, roll the balls out into a thin circle and cook on both sides in a skillet over medium heat
- Serve hot with toppings of your choice
