Episode 127: Quinoa Breakfast Bake

Ingredients:

  • 3 bananas
  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 cups soy milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cups mixed berries

Directions:

  • Mash bananas
  • Add quinoa, chia seeds, soy milk, honey, mixed berries
  • Mix well
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour
  • Serve hot
