Episode 125: Breakfast Roll-ups

It looked so pretty on Instagram…

Ingredients:

  • Tortilla, cooked on both sides
  • Shredded cheese
  • Scrambled tofu
  • 4 slices avocado
  • 1 breakfast veggie patty, cooked and crumbled
  • 5 tater tots, baked

Directions:

  • Put tortilla on plate
  • Add shredded cheese
  • Add scrambled tofu
  • Add avocado
  • Add veggie patty
  • Add tater tots
  • Roll up tortilla like a burrito
  • Cut the burrito into 1 inch slices
  • Serve hot
