Special equipment:
- Food processor
Ingredients:
- 1 can of drained black beans
- ¼ cup quick oats
- ½ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup of semisweet chocolate chips
Directions:
- Add all ingredients except chocolate chips into food processor
- Process until smooth
- Add the chocolate chips
- Mix well
- Spoon the mixture into a silicon cupcake tray
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes
- Allow to cool for 30 minutes before serving

- 6 teaspoons water
- 1 can of drained black beans
- ¾ cup cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoons of melted coconut oil
- ¼ teaspoon of sea salt
- ¼ cup of cane sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup of semisweet chocolate chips
Directions:
- Mix flaxseed in water
- Add all ingredients except chocolate chips into food processor
- Process until smooth
- Add the chocolate chips
- Mix well
- Spoon the mixture in a silicon cupcake tray
- Bake 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes
