Episode 108: Italian Pasta Salad

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup canola oil (may substitute any vegetable oil besides olive oil)
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Special equipment:

  • Mason jar

Directions:

  • Add canola oil to Mason jar
  • Add red wine vinegar
  • Add Dijon mustard
  • Add Italian seasoning
  • Add sugar
  • Add a little salt and pepper to taste if you wish
  • Shake well
  • Refrigerate for an hour
  • Pour over cold spaghetti noodles and fruit then serve
