Testing a recipe from www.spendingwithpennies.com
Ingredients:
- ½ cup canola oil (may substitute any vegetable oil besides olive oil)
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Special equipment:
- Mason jar
Directions:
- Add canola oil to Mason jar
- Add red wine vinegar
- Add Dijon mustard
- Add Italian seasoning
- Add sugar
- Add a little salt and pepper to taste if you wish
- Shake well
- Refrigerate for an hour
- Pour over cold spaghetti noodles and fruit then serve
