Episode 107: Rad Na Spaghetti

Ingredients:

  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 1 zucchini, chopped
  • Power greens
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon miso soybean paste
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch

Directions:

  • Sauté garlic with olive oil in a wok
  • Add chopped vegetables of your choice
  • Toss in a couple handfuls of power greens
  • Add vegetable broth
  • Add soy sauce
  • Add miso soybean paste
  • Add cornstarch
  • Mix well
  • Add some cooked spaghetti
  • Serve hot
