Ingredients:
- 1 & 1/2 cups flour
- 1/3 cup pureed spinach
- 1 tablespoon Thai curry paste
- 1/4 cup water
Special Equipment:
- Rolling pin
- Pasta machine
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients together until you get a soft dough
- Roll out the dough thinly with a rolling pin
- Run the dough through the pasta machine 10 times
- Run the dough through the spaghetti attachment or hand cut to desired noodle size
- Boil the pasta for 3-4 minutes
- Rinse with cold water and drain
- Serve with your favorite sauce
