Episode 164: Bob’s Red Mill Egg Replacer versus a Real Egg

Ingredients:

  • 1 box of cake mix or brownie mix
  • 1 tablespoon of egg replacer (per egg)
  • 2 tablespoons of water (per egg)

Directions:

  • Follow the directions of the mix on the box
  • Mi 1 tablespoon of egg replacer with 2 tablespoons of water for each egg called for in the directions
  • Bake as directed
  • Allow to cool before serving
