
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup mung beans
- 1/4 cup soy milk
- 1/2 cup green tea
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Special equipment:
- Small blending device
Directions:
- Boil the mung beans for 10 minutes then drain
- Put the mung beans in the blending device
- Add the soy milk
- Blend until you get a paste
- Make the green tea and put 1/2 cup into a glass
- Add the mung bean mixture
- Add the soy milk
- Add the sugar
- Mix well
- Add ice and serve
