- 1 & 1/2 cups room temperature water
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons room temperature butter, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 & 1/2 teaspoons Kosher salt
- 4 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
- 1 & 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Directions:
- Put all ingredients into bread maker
- Set to “white bread”
- Set to “2 pound loaf”
- Set to “darker crust”
