
Ingredients:
- Jelly pancakes
- 1 cup pancake mix
- 1/4 cup berry jam
- 2/3 cup soy milk
- Nut butter pancakes
- 1 cup pancake mix
- 1/4 cup nut butter of your choice
- 3/4 cup soy milk
- Nutella pancakes
- 1 cup pancake mix
- 1/4 cup Nutella
- 3/4 cup soy milk
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients of the style of pancakes you desire
- If batter is too thick, add soy milk to thin batter to desired consistency
- Cook on both sides on a griddle at 350 degrees until golden brown
- Alternatively, cook on a stove top over low to medium heat on both sides until godlen brown
- serve with maple syrup or as desired
