Episode 159: Kid-Friendly Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • Jelly pancakes
    • 1 cup pancake mix
    • 1/4 cup berry jam
    • 2/3 cup soy milk
  • Nut butter pancakes
    • 1 cup pancake mix
    • 1/4 cup nut butter of your choice
    • 3/4 cup soy milk
  • Nutella pancakes
    • 1 cup pancake mix
    • 1/4 cup Nutella
    • 3/4 cup soy milk

Directions:

  • Mix all ingredients of the style of pancakes you desire
  • If batter is too thick, add soy milk to thin batter to desired consistency
  • Cook on both sides on a griddle at 350 degrees until golden brown
  • Alternatively, cook on a stove top over low to medium heat on both sides until godlen brown
  • serve with maple syrup or as desired
