
Ingredients:
- Lots of apples, sliced
- Ground cinnamon
- Brown sugar
- Salt
- Lemon juice
Special Equipment:
- Instant pot or slow cooker
Directions:
- Add the sliced apples to a crock pot
- Sprinkle in a liberal amount of ground cinnamon
- Add some brown sugar
- Add a dash of salt
- Add the juice of one lemon
- Mix well
- Slow cook for 12 hours
- Refrigerate overnight
- Serve on bread, waffles, English muffins, or any pastry
