
Ingredients:
- 2 potatoes, peeled
- 1 carrot, peeled
- 2 cups nutritional yeast flakes
- 2 Impossible burgers
- 3 cups potatoes, shredded
- Italian seasoning
Special equipment:
- Blender
Directions:
- Boil the peeled potatoes and carrots until tender
- Put the potatoes and carrots in a blender with 1 cup of water from the boiling
- Add the nutritional yeast flakes
- Blend until smooth
- Set aside
- Make hashed browns from the shredded potatoes
- Cook up the Impossible burgers and crumble them
- Season with Italian seasoning to taste
- Mix the Impossible burgers with the hashed browns
- Pour the cheese mixture on top
- Serve hot
