Episode 130: Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 3 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons K’Chava powder (flavor of your choice)
  • Granola, for topping

Special equipment:

  • Mason jar

Directions:

  • Mix all ingredients in a mason jar
  • Refrigerate overnight
  • Top with granola
  • Serve cold
