- 3 bananas
- 1 cup quinoa
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 cups soy milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 cups mixed berries
Directions:
- Mash bananas
- Add quinoa, chia seeds, soy milk, honey, mixed berries
- Mix well
- Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour
- Serve hot
