- Tortilla, cooked on both sides
- Shredded cheese
- Scrambled tofu
- 4 slices avocado
- 1 breakfast veggie patty, cooked and crumbled
- 5 tater tots, baked
Directions:
- Put tortilla on plate
- Add shredded cheese
- Add scrambled tofu
- Add avocado
- Add veggie patty
- Add tater tots
- Roll up tortilla like a burrito
- Cut the burrito into 1 inch slices
- Serve hot
