
Ingredients:
- ½ cup garlic, chopped
- 1/8 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon oregano
Directions:
- Drizzle olive oil in a pot over medium-low heat
- Melt the butter
- Add the garlic
- Sauté for a few minutes
- Add oregano
- When the garlic begins to brown, remove from heat
- Whiz up the garlic mixture in a small blender
- Add the garlic mixture to cooked spaghetti
