
Ingredients:
- 1/2 block firm tofu
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon nutritional yeast flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1/8 teaspoon parsley flakes
Directions:
- Add the tofu to a well-oiled skillet over medium heat
- Mash the tofu up
- Stir well and cook tofu for 1 minute
- Add the turmeric, nutritional yeast flakes, garlic, and salt
- Mix well
- Add the parsley and turn off heat
- Serve hot
