Episode 80: Oatmeal

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup steel-cut oats
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Berries of your choice

Directions:

  • Boil water
  • Add soy milk
  • Add oats
  • Reduce heat to simmer
  • Simmer for 15 minutes until oats become tender
  • Add banana and smash into oatmeal
  • Add honey and ground cinnamon
  • Serve hot with berries on top
