Episode 60: Falafels

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chickpeas, soaked and drained
  • 1/2 cup zucchini, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Special Equipment:

  • Food processor
  • Air fryer (optional)

Directions:

  • Mix all ingredients together and process
  • Make meatball shapes out of the mixture
  • Deep fry in vegetable oil until golden brown (alternatively, cook in air fryer at 360 degrees for 10 minutes)
