Episode 59: Taro Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 taro root
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp agave
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • Special equipment:
  • Magic Bullet or equivalent blending device

Directions:

  • Skin the taro
  • Chop taro into 1-2 inch chunks
  • Boil a cup of taro for 10 minutes
  • Combine 1/3 cup of taro with soy milk, agave, and crushed ice
  • Blend until smooth
