Episode 48: Sweet Potato Fries


  • Sweet potato
  • Seasoning of your choice
  • Olive oil

Special Equipment:

  • Potato peeler
  • Plastic baggie


  • Peel and cut the potatoes into “French fries” shapes
  • Put the potatoes in a plastic baggie
  • Drizzle olive oil into the baggie
  • Add desired amount of seasoning
  • Seal baggie and shake well unto potatoes are completely coated
  • Bake the sweet potato fries at 375 degrees for about 45 minutes
  • Serve hot
